Expand Data for Google Sheets is an AI-powered location intelligence service that integrates directly with Google Sheets to provide intelligent insights and data enrichment. Our service operates on a credit-based billing system and offers comprehensive analysis capabilities.

T1 Foundation ($0.01 per address)

T2 Business Intelligence ($0.15 per address - includes T1 + Business Analysis)

  2. T3 Environmental Intelligence (15 fields)
    • Air Quality Index and dominant pollutants (Google Air Quality API)
    • Pollen levels by type (tree, grass, weed) and seasonal forecasts
    • Solar potential and panel capacity analysis (Google Solar API)
    • Carbon offset potential and ROI calculations

By using Expand Data, you agree to:

  1. Lawful Use: Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  2. Data Accuracy: Ensure the data you submit for analysis is accurate and that you have the right to process it
  3. Prohibited Content: Not submit content that is:
    • Illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
    • Defamatory, abusive, or harassing
    • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
    • Infringes on intellectual property rights
    • Contains personal information of individuals without proper consent
    • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
    • Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
    • Contains hate speech or discriminatory language
    • Spam, unsolicited commercial content, or repetitive automated submissions
    • Content that attempts to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI models
    • False or misleading information intended to deceive others

Credit-Based Pricing System

Expand Data operates on a flexible credit system with bonus incentives:

  1. Initial Credit Purchase:
    • Fixed purchase amount: $5.00 USD credit packs only
    • Welcome Bonus: First 1000 users receive $5.00 welcome credit (one-time, automatic)
    • First Purchase Bonus: $5.00 extra credit added with your first $5+ purchase
    • Volume Discount Program: 10% at 100 addresses, 20% at 1000 addresses
  2. Usage Costs:
    • T1 Foundation: $0.01 per address (16 location fields)
    • T2 Business Intelligence: $0.15 per address (includes T1 + 40 business/AI fields)
    • T3 Full Suite: $0.20 per address (includes T1 + T2 + 15 environmental fields)
    • Cascading forward pricing - each tier includes all previous tier data
  3. Credit Management:
    • Credits do not expire while account remains active
    • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
    • Unused credits remain in your account until used or account deletion
    • Bonus credits subject to same terms as purchased credits

Automatic Refund Policy

    • Automatic refund if delivery not confirmed
    • Protection against technical failures
  2. Refund Triggers:
    • Failed API processing
    • Undelivered results
    • Technical errors preventing completion
    • System failures
  3. Refund Processing:
    • Automatic credit restoration
    • Email notification sent
    • Transaction record maintained
    • No manual intervention required
  4. Bonus Protection:
    • Welcome bonus ($5 for first 1000 users) is non-refundable
    • First purchase bonus ($5 extra with first purchase) is non-refundable
    • Only purchased credits are eligible for refunds
    • Bonus credits tracked separately for transparency
