Long-term plans for the community also call for an 18-hole championship golf course, two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school.
The commercial sector of the development focuses on a planned 150,000-square-foot Village Center containing dining, light retail, and professional office spaces, alongside an 80-acre commercial parcel set aside at the main entrance. Drive times from the community average approximately 30 minutes to central Eagle and 40 to 45 minutes to both downtown Boise and the Boise Airport. Public transportation options are unavailable, as Valley Regional Transit discontinued its Route 160 Eagle OnDemand bus service in October 2024.
